Do you want to exchange your item for another size? No problem! Register your returns by sending an email to > Include your name, order number, the returning product and reason of return. Send the returning item (at your own expense) back to the following post adres in Zoetermeer, The Netherlands. We need to have received the return items within 14 calander days.
Withing 10 days we will refund the purchased price on your account.
The exchange for the same item in a different color, size or a total new item, count as a new order. You exchange your order within the trial of 14 days and order your desired item via the webshop.
If an item needs to be exchanged by a mistake of ours or by a defect of the item, off course the cost are for our account.

Losing a package is at your own risk. We advise you to retour your item with a Track & Trace number, so that at all times we can figure out what went wrong.
